Founder
Glaz Eagle was founded by Onyedikachi Ikenna Onwurah, a pharmacist with MSc degrees in Public Health, Gerontology and Policy, and Data Science with a focus on Precision Medicine. His work includes AI research under review at Science, predictive models validated across the US and Africa, and a track record of reducing demographic bias in healthcare AI.

Emergency Department Patient Flow Prediction
Built machine learning models that predict patient length of stay, admission, and hospitalisation duration using triage data. Achieved 83.2% accuracy for identifying patients at risk of prolonged stays and 99.7% accuracy for critically ill patients. Reduced racial bias in predictions from 9.1% to 0.5% using threshold adjustments.
Antibiotic Resistance Prediction System
Built a clinical decision tool that predicts resistance to four antibiotics for urinary tract infections. Achieved 82.2% accuracy for fluoroquinolone resistance, surpassing published benchmarks.
